What you need to know:

To get a quote from our Events team, we will need to know a couple details before we provide you an accurate price.

Your quote will be based on a 3-hour hire and does not include food, coffee or alcohol. You will be quoted on the total number of guests you will be expecting and what areas of the venue you would like open (eg: Playground World or Playground World & Climbing World)

*Please note, outside food & drink is not permitted (cake is except from this rule!).  

DRINK 

Coffee's, tea's, bottled drinks and alcoholic beverages can be set up on a tab or can be self-paid by guests.  

Jugs of soft drink and cordial are available and are included in the venue hire quote. 

BOOKING

Please note a deposit of $500 is required to make a booking.  

TIME & DURATION   

Private Venue Hire is available during school terms Monday - Thursday starting from 5pm or Friday - Sunday from 7pm.
During school holidays Private Venue Hire is available from 7pm everyday. 

If you would like to stay longer than 3 hours, for an additional hour, there is a charge of 20% of the venue hire fee.
